Hello! I'm Grit, and yes, that's really my name! I was born and raised in Germany, where I earned a PhD in Slavic Linguistics at the University of Frankfurt/Main. Along with my husband and two kids, I've had the amazing experience of living in six different countries as a Foreign Service spouse. During this time, I've kept busy homeschooling my children and being an active member of the embassy, as well as various local communities and charities. My passion for helping people and stepping in during a crisis has led me to a new career path in real estate. I absolutely love everything related to houses, from kitchen design to making homes more energy-efficient, and I've even recently learned how to lay bricks! In my free time, you'll often find me gardening, walking my Golden Retriever, Lilly, or spending quality time with my husband and teenage kids. As a realtor, I am dedicated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about advocating for my clients. I believe that we all have the power to build stronger communities by being good neighbors and generous givers.
